Marcus Camby, still a great defensive player It appears that Marcus Camby is on the trading block. The former Defensive Player of the Year in 2007, Camby is an expiring contract player which makes him even more valuable. Teams who are looking for cap space and a defensive center should start to discuss with the Los Angeles Clippers for any possible moves. The question is which teams will most likely give an offer that the Clippers will accept? (clockwise from top left) Steve Blake, Andre Miller, Marcus Camby and Travis Outlaw When it comes to center help, the Blazers definitely needs one. O ministro da Justiça presidiu ontem à assinatura de um protocolo entre o Conselho Superior dos tribunais Administrativos e Fiscais e o Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa, que visa o alargamento da resolução alternativa de conflitos à justiça administrativa e fiscal. "Um pequeno grande passo", segundo Alberto Martins, no sentido da "desformalização da Justiça". O ministério prossegue assim o caminho traçado pelo anterior ministro de alargamento dos meios alternativos de resolução de litígios, considerando que assim, a justiça será "mais célere, mais acessível, mais pontual, mais transparente e previsível". Alberto Martins fez questão de frisar ter consciência da existência, na sociedade portuguesa, de "um debate" sobre esta desjudicialização e de quem a conteste. Mas garantiu que esta mediação agora criada "tem como referente último o Estado". E que "as questões de fundo e constitucionais cabem sempre aos tribunais".
